Sites like Canva can be a nightmare to printers
Most people download a png or jpg that is low resolution resolution With no bleed or safe Margin areas.
So it’s just best to let the print shop and a real graphic designer do it. Note, not everyone who says they are a graphic designer is one!
Granted sites like Canva and Adobe Spark (now known as Creative Cloud Express do have handy templates you can use, but most of the time people will use that snd they also won’t be to size or proportion to the size.
Printers need high resolution files, with bleed info, and in a pdf format, not jpg or png!
Not to mention, to really do anything in most of them you need a paid pro plan.
If you must use Canva, please contact your local print shop for the specs for your print job, the size, bleed info, safe areas, margins, etc.
